Replacement / reclamation

To get a replacement for goods, please send them to the following address:

Please add a short information why you are sending us goods, if you send a watch, please add your certificate of guarantee.

For sending us goods, please do not use a normal envelope, use a padded envelope to avoid damage to the goods. If the value of the goods you send in exceed 40€ you will receive credit for your shipment costs.

Duration will normally be between 5-10 working days.
